Created in 1993, reissued in 2007, then in 2012 in 70 cm, by the famous animal painter Robert Dallet, the "Les Mustangs" scarf is a vibrant and timeless composition, presented here in a colourway of rare softness. The design depicts a herd of Mustangs galloping across an arid plain, with striking anatomical realism. A wide, delicate Powder Pink border frames the horses, painted in realistic tones of bay, chestnut, black, grey and white, which seem to leap out of the silk in a textured cloud of dust. This is a rare piece, sought after by collectors. In excellent condition.
